While your trans+ partner may be coming out and/or going through transition-related changes, you, as the intimate partner, may also be experiencing a set of complex changes of your own and can, at times, feel secondary.

The Research suggests

Intimate partners of transgender people report a high need for external support, but maybe unlikely to seek it out.

Transgender people and their intimate partners often experience stigma
(e.g., rejection, discrimination).

Some intimate partners of transgender people report experiencing new questions about their own sexual and/or gender identities

Transgender people who feel supported have better outcomes.

With this in mind, I created this space for you, the intimate partners of trans+ people to find community, information, validation, support, and resources relevant for your unique experience during these times of change.

Please know, you are not alone

"Don't give in to the fear of the unknown. Because while it is terrifying that change is happening there, you'll find that your partner has so much more capacity for being a partner to you."
